Haiti's table.
Orlando's bowl.

The Griot Bowl was born from a simple truth — Haitian food deserves a seat at the fast-casual table. The kind of seat where you walk the line, build your bowl, and leave with something that tastes like somebody's grandmother made it, even if it took under five minutes.

Named after the Griot — Haiti's most beloved dish, and the storyteller who carries culture forward. Every bowl we serve carries both meanings. The food and the story.

"We didn't just open a restaurant. We brought Haiti to Pine Hills."

Orlando has one of the largest Haitian diaspora communities in the country. For too long, there's been nowhere to go for fast, fresh, authentic Haitian food that feels modern and welcoming to everyone. That changes now.

⚡ Exclusively at The Griot Bowl

Haiti's most iconic drink.
Reimagined.

Kremas is the drink of celebration in Haitian culture — creamy, coconut, rich, and deeply tied to home. Red Line Kremas takes that tradition and makes it available in ways you've never experienced: as a smoothie, a dessert, a bottled take-home, and a cheesecake.

This isn't a menu item — it's a brand of its own, and the only place in the world you can get it is right here at The Griot Bowl. Pick up a 750ml bottle on your way out. Come back for a smoothie. It belongs everywhere joy is.

"Kremas has always been Haiti's drink of joy. We just made it something you can carry with you every day." — Sandra, Founder

More than a restaurant.
A movement.

01
Rooted in Pine Hills
Pine Hills is home to one of the largest Haitian communities in the country — and for too long it's been underserved. The Griot Bowl is built here, for here, by someone who knows this community and loves it deeply.
02
Culture on the Menu
Every dish has a story. Griot, Tassot, Pate Kode, Djon Djon — these aren't just food items. They're connection points to a culture that deserves to be celebrated loudly, proudly, and deliciously.
03
Built to Grow
The Griot Bowl is the first of many. As we build roots in Pine Hills and prove the model, the vision is to bring Haitian fast-casual to every city with a community that's been waiting for a table.
